All orders can be placed via our website. 

Non-Personalised Items

Each item comes gift boxed with its own individual message card. For all non personalised items our packaging is letter box friendly so will fit through your front door should you be out when the package arrives. Please note our next day delivery options will require a signature on delivery however. 

Personalised Items 

Please ensure you enter text for all personalised items correctly in the relevant fields on the product pages. Personalised products do not come with meaning cards as these are individualised to you and the meaning or words you have engraved on it.

If you would like to send your item as a gift, please leave a note in the box at checkout, we will send a gift receipt with the item. Please enter the recipients delivery address in the delivery address section and your address where the payment card is registered to in the billing section. 

 

3:GIFT SHIPPING

All orders* are shipped out within 48 hours and via your selected delivery method at checkout.

*Personalised items will be despatched within 1-3 days.

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom;

Standard Shipping 3-5 business days via Royal Mail - £2 per order and FREE for orders over £50.

Order by 2pm* for guaranteed next day delivery - £6.95 per order and FREE for orders over £100.

*Please note orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Guaranteed delivery on Tuesday. Bank holidays and Christmas will also affect these timings.

We offer an international standard flat rate shipping option as follows;

Europe Tracked - £6.95

Worldwide Tracked - £7.95

We are unable to offer an expedited international service.

4:RETURNS

Returns Policy

30 Day Returns - Non Personalised goods only

Easy peasy, you can return any goods from our non personalised range, for any reason, within 30 days.  Unfortunately you can't return personalised goods, or pierced goods which are no longer in their sealed packaging, but everything else is not a problem.  This does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 14 day statutory cooling off period.  If you would like to cancel an order you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancelling and returning your products to us.

How Do I Return My Order?

In order to return your jewellery within 30 days, please email us at hello@amirajasmine.com and provide your name and order number along with the name of the item you wish to return. We will then contact you to confirm the return and issue you with a returns reference code. We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us.

Personalised Items

Please be advised that all personalised items are made to order and not included in our standard returns policy. You are unable to cancel or return any personalised item unless faulty.

If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team at hello@amirajasmine.com with your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
